It is a book about an Indian beauty who falls in love with the son of the very man her entire village have to sell their farm produce to if they will survive. Unfrtunately this same businessman depends on a politician for his business t export globally and this politician's daughter has been promised to his son to oil their partnership. When he finds out this lower caste Indian beauty has stolen his son's heart he threatens thunder and the village have no option to turn on their own to protect their livelihood.
